An Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a software application used by employers to scan resumes for relevant keywords such as skills, job titles, and educational background. If your resume is ATS compliant, the chances of your resume being seen by employers significantly improves.

I have worked with clients in all industries and at all experience levels, including but not limited to clients who work in business, sales, healthcare, human resources, information technology, education, and even high school & college graduates with no work experience.

Most client have an existing resume on hand. The information from that resume is used to build a new one, fully optimized, and ready for use.

In the event that you do not have a resume on file, don’t worry! I will provide you with a questionnaire to gather all the information needed to create one for you.

Federal resumes are different in length, formatting, keywords and the amount of detail included.

I offer you one of two options.

The first option is for you to create a temporary password that allows me to access your profile and manually update all of your information. Once you are satisfied with the changes, remove the temporary password.

The second option is to copy and paste the information into your LinkedIn profile using a Microsoft Word template that I will provide you with.

I provide two rounds of revisions after you’ve reviewed your first resume draft. Please note that revision requests MUST be done within 48 hours of having received your first resume draft.

If revision requests are not received within 48 hours, all rights to revisions have been waived.

This is done so that I can appropriately account for other client work on my schedule.

If you have additional revisions in the future, like a change in job or just want an updated resume, I can provide those changes at a discounted rate.

If you haven’t received any interviews after 60 days from paying for your order, I will offer you personalized guidance and application support free of charge.
